the complete truth lies in your soul. the emotional memories from your past are stored there in the form of energy. activate them and you will remember everything. the process can be very dark and painful but very rewarding. spirit will support you every step of the way

beware of mental memories, they can be from the mental realms of illusion and/or astral. these are not actual memories rather just thoughts. the only mental memories of complete truth regarding your past will be passed into your amygdala by spirit for your conscious mind to access. it can be very difficult to differentiate between the two, with time it gets easier. some memories come in the form of dreams but they are generally symbolic in nature and the details may be a mash-up based on current experience rather than exactly what happened

beware of others who speak of being this et race or that et race (regardless of their intent) and of those who speak of the akashic. keep in mind that this may well be misinfo, disinfo and/or partial truth at best
