what an incredible experience. no doubt a life changer, for sure. i am born sept. 16. you are going to think i am bullshitting, but i have had a very similar experience. i did not see the vision you saw, but i had a significant experience while being prayed for my baptism in the Holy Spirit, that i can't really explain, and then a long-standing spiritual battle ensued afterward. it is late here, so i won't describe it now. but when i get home tomorrow evening, i will share it with you.
thanks very much for bringing your testimony here.
Quoting: Salt You're welcome. :-) Thanks for reading and commenting. I didn't think anyone would respond to it. Sometimes, I think people just don't believe me.
I'm really looking forward to hearing about your experience! I've added to my personal pins so I don't lose it.
Jesus said He is the "bright morning star", I've often wondered if that vision was His face "shining like the sun" or something of that nature.
Or maybe it was the "Shekinah Glory" of God?
All I know is the sense of power and dread that came into my room that seemed to drain the life out of me. God talks about His power and how when He overshadowed Abraham it was like a thick dark cloud filled with His power and how dreadful it is.
All I know is this... I try to turn people from blaspheming, because they have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHATSOEVER how their attitude will INSTANTLY CHANGE when they are in the presence of the power of GOD and the FLAME of His purifying Spirit.
OH MY GOSH, yes, they will instantly regret every word they spoke against the Most High. I cannot emphasize THIS ENOUGH.
There will be no blasphemy or railing against Him when He comes in Power. His Holy Spirit is a refining fire and no one or no thing can stand in it's presence without Him strengthening them.
This is why I plead with people to be reconciled to Him. How can I not when I have experienced it? You know??
God bless!
Peace :-)
