Could someone with more legal knowledge explain to me, how it is possible for a person to come up with the court costs involved when we speak about 1 Trillion here?
Wouldn't the retainer for the law firm plus the court costs run into the hundreds of millions of dollars, which the plaintiff would have to advance out of his own pocket?
Or does the legal system work differently in the US than in Western Europe when these types of law suites are involved?
