I have suffered for 4 years, since a music concert (both ears)
2 months ago I experienced a threshold shift with my hearing.

If so, then it is probably even worse, right? Yes. But if you were not exposed to hight pitch sounds on the past, and you have no serious reason to have tinnitus, then you are experiencing the signal. You are more sensitive to the current tests.
