I'm going to link the kind of hemisync,isotopes and music that is really useful in meditations, to awake form whole brain synchronicity, and the rainbow bridge, and to awaken your pineal. Some people's are a little rusty from misuse, but all of us have this ability.

And meditations. I like them very unstructured. Too right hemisphered to be roped into someones structured left brained meditation. That seems too much like controlling our awakening yet again, and not really zen minded enough to tap into your insight. The closer you are to having come from eutopias. or the closer to Family above, your spiritual Father/Mother, the more psi you are. Though the other side also has developed this. But when I was being profiled and monitored by a black op, that information was given, they always note and look for the psi ones.
