May I add something to that craziness?!?

As I understand, you 'gave' that money to the banks with NO interest.
But, you are lending your own money back, from the banks, WITH interest.

Allright...

Politicians are going to save us from politicians?

I don't think so.

No politician gets to the point Ron Paul has gotten unless he/she is in on the game. The honest ones never get very far, or are 'offed' (usually through election fraud) as soon as it looks like they're becoming serious contenders.

As appalling as this video was to watch, it's even more appalling to think that people are falling for the same old same old, just in a different package.

Really? Then just who do you think we should vote for instead? Somebody is going to win the election and it might as well be Ron Paul. God help us if it isn't.

That puts it in terms that anyone can understand. The situation with the fed is actually much worse than than, but this is bad enough to make people want to end the fed. A full audit of the fed would show they gave many trillions to European banks. The fed is unconstitutional and should never have happened to begin with. Everyone, please write your senators and reps in DC tell them to abolish the fed.

So imagine if the FED, had just paid off every Americans debts.

1. It would have been cheaper at least $8000 per head cheaper, according to the video

2. The money would have ended up in the banks. No credit squeeze!

3. The Banks having all that money could then have invested back into the American economy through loans to businesses and consumers.

4. The US economy would be booming because people would have no debt and could spend more of their income.

5. And the money would flow back to the Government through all the extra profits that businesses would be making through the increased expenditure.

Americans could all have been the wealthiest people on the planet in one fell swoop.

OOps I forgot something

The banks being so flush with money could invest in places like China so that profits started flowing back into America rather than what is happening now.

The only problem may have been inflation, but the Government could have kept inflation in check by not allowing businesses to increase prices for awhile, until the American economy sorted itself out from being flush with money.

Correct me if I am wrong! Please

So we all are aware that every county is in debt, but have you ever thought about TO WHOM the debt is owned.

This is the cover up of all time, because it is not the case of the various governments being each indebted to each other, as this would cancel out most of the debt.

The debt is owned to various PRIVATE BANKS masquerading as GOVERNMENT FEDERAL RESERVES.

In essence the dept is owed by normal people to PRIVATE BANKS.

The Federal reserve system is a whole network of PRIVATE banks acting as government banks.

The bankers created this whole mess, as they created this dept (money) out of thin airthus paying them back with the 1 trillion dollar penny is only right.

A government is supposed to be presentative of its people.
Thus government debt is the people's debt.

If governments printed their own money, then we would not have had this huge problem, but because Federal banks worldwide, are in control of the creation of money and they sell this money to the various governments(thus the people) the system is on the verge of collapsing.

This is the biggest con game of all time, because this interest that they sell the money at, is never created.

They create the money out of nothing and when you cannot pay back the loan that was created out of thin air, they take real tangible assets in return.

Thus they get assests with money that they created out of nothing.

The best way to pay them back would be for various governments to create their own brass plated 1 trillion dollar coin and give it to the various Feds.

It is only right.

Re: The One Hundred Million Dollar Penny
The FED is just a facilitator and regulator...

The money creation takes place in the commercial banks.

Lets say...you want to buy a house...but don't have the $200,000 required...

Go to a commercial bank for a loan...simple.

The bank agrees...

they create a asset of $200,000 an a liability of $200,000 an attach interest to it of lets say 4% and amortize it for 30 years.

The money supply is then increased by $200,000

The first payment is roughly...$954.83

Of that...$288.16 is principal...It is applied to the $200,000 asset and liability...causing the money supply to shrink to $199,711.84

But the Interest portion is $666.67 which is the yield the bank obtains from the creation of money...

“The bank hath benefit of interest on all moneys which it creates out of nothing.” William Paterson, founder of the Bank of England

ok $200,000 was created...but over the whole term of the loan...the principal + interest comes to...$343,739.01

once the $200,000 asset an liability shrink to 0 once the principal payments are done...that still leaves...$143,739.01 that is owed.

How can you pay it if the money you created doesn't even equal what you owe?

You either have to request the bank to create more debt or someone else has to request the bank to create more.

Commercial banks are able to do this without any help whatsoever from a so called central bank.

the vast majority of the so called secret bailouts returned into thin air as quickly as they were created out of thin air.

In a credit system...When you borrow money...you request it's creation out of thin air...and when you pay the so called loan down or off...the money returns back into thin air.

The only way to sustain circulation and existance of a money supply which is credit which is debt.

to to create credit out of thin air faster than it's returning into thin air.
