I appreciate that answer, I have always lead a life of charity giving almost everything I ever owned away, I am not normal in the respect that I do not value material things like most people do.

I always wanted to be a Freemason but never asked, even though my grandfather and father said i should when i was a teenager. The way I got into trouble was by trying to help someone who was homeless who I shouldn't have and had to tell them to go away because they were drinking and taking drugs, stealing from me and doing abusive things to their 2 children that made me feel extremely upset to the point I thought I might lose it. My problems are the result of their attempts to get revenge against me.

He moved away from New york when he retired to Texas, and never really liked the local lodge there so he stopped going to meetings and paying dues. he told me they weren't like real masons at all. I know he was in good standing in the lodge he joined, and advanced through the ranks really fast.

I don't know exactly what you expect them to do.

See that the truth comes out and i do not get railroaded for something I didn't do just because I made these folks leave.
They accused me of something there is no evidence that I did but I got arrested anyway. I am under the impression the prosecution knows I am not guilty but doesn't care.

Her boyfriend was the son of a woman i dated many years ago and had a long friendship with. He isn't that bad a kid himself, just not too bright , about 26 years old. The girl was a real bitch, she told me i was undermining her authority when i fed the kids when they said they were hungry. The little boy was so skinny i was afraid to pick him up he looked so fragile, and the little baby was given only cows milk in her bottle, no other food.

If it hadn't been for the fact they had no place to go and they had two children , one a baby and another a 4 year old and they had no place to go, I wouldn't have let them stay.

The girl is a real ruthless type, self centered and fat, when i told her the CPS would take her kids if they knew how they were being raised she told me she didn't care because they would just give them to her parents (which they did I believe)

I think if you contacted someone at your father's lodge would be a good first step.

However it is not clear what you would have the lodge members do exactly. They cannot wave a magic wand and make criminal charges go away.

The most I think you could expect is a small donation to your legal fund to help pay those expenses. But you would have to explain to the officers of that Lodge your need in detail and if the members agree they may do something to help.

I understand that , but if you read my original post you would have seen that it is in fact my future at stake, ans the charge is totally unfounded with no evidence that I committed it. I have no criminal history other than being charged with disorderly conduct after reporting very serious police misconduct that endangered my family and myself.

I do not expect 'special treatment', it is 'special treatment' I am trying to avoid in fact, what I was wondering mainly is if there is a way to ensure that the legal proceedings are conducted in a fair and Constitutionally mandated way and I don't simply get railroaded. . The county I live in is noted for official corruption, , the stories I could tell you (stories that are verifiable) would prove to you that justice is not their primary concern, in my case I believe it is revenge and after 20 years they finally found a situation where they could persecute me because I let the wrong people in my house.
I understand I am not myself a Mason , but i have no where really to turn that has the kind of influence that can insure that I am not simply railroaded. I have spent all of my family's savings and most of what I have of value has been sold to obtain legal council and to pay a bail bondsman.

Without influential help my future is very uncertain. All that i want is for the truth to come out, and the truth is I believe I have been targeted because I have been outspoken concerning corruption of local officials.

I know they didn't act this way towards me while my father was living.
My mother was involved with the Order of the Eastern Star when she lived in New York, and is still living. I am the only living son or daughter and my mother is 73 years of age.

I wasn't for asking the advice of an idiot. One thing I can tell you for sure about both my grandfather and father is that they were not sheep, but independent freedom loving and honorable individuals. When they saw something that wasn't tight, they weren't afraid to point it out either.
As I understand it dues are paid to maintain the lodge and the embers are generally well to do and do not require help from the lodge in a monetary fashion often, It is not money I am seeking, it is justice. I wouldn't expect a mind limited like yours to understand that.

Masons have influence over many things in the community, and though many claim they abuse this influence my experience has been the opposite in reality.

Don;t let that bitter talk bother you, OP. Sounds like your parents were strongly involved with this organization. Under those circumstances, I think they would be inclined to help. I do know that here in WV, almost all of our county judges (men and women) are masonic, and they regularly pass along favors.

OP if you helped the kids then be proud and if you are not guilty then you are not guilty, proof it yourself-you do not need corrupt strangers attempting to do it for you

Actually our family did not worship Satan, in fact none of us believed in the existence of Satan. We saw religious fanatics who attributed evil actions to the influence of Satan as idiots.
We all believe in a creator of the universe of whom we are a part, and we believe that there is strength in knowing this. I can't recall anyone in my family subscribing seriously to a particular religious sect, we felt they were all just legitimized forms of cults.
The divisions of Religious beliefs that have been created have been done so for the purposes of control, and it is obvious a large percentage of humanity needs a control mechanism in place.
By the way, I do pray to my creator and my prayers have always been answered when I faced uncertain times, and that will not change. If you are about to suggest my faith is wavering, perhaps you need to understand my position a bit clearer. I believe there is strength in numbers and the more people who know the truth the more likely justice will be served. I have asked others to enrage the same power I have in my behalf, it is that simple. there is no attempt to subvert justice through evil, that is a product of an overactive imagination on your part and an internet where anyone can post any nonsense they want to.

I don't want extra privilegese, i am facing what could best be described as a conspiracy of injustice that I seek to expose.
