how about this line of thought: if they are really trying to kill you, why dont they put in action a plan that will actually kill you. all these fears yet still the population grows globally and i dont see mass deaths occuring anywhere in the west. TPTB are really crap at this orgnaised death thing so far.

The goal isn't to kill people for the sake of killing. The goal is to make them pliable so they'll shut up and do whatever work you tell them to do.

There isn't any way to know 100% for sure exactly how chemtrails, vaccines and poisons in the food affect people's minds. You can however look at the despicable character of people in charge and safely assume that given the opportunity to use chemtrails to fuck with people's mind's and health you can bet for sure that they will with no hesitation.

Not all believe this way cause some think its only used for weather manipulation like cloud seeding. I know some people have been looking into this deeply and one of the most common substances found is barium/aluminum and that can be harmful.

The chemtrails over Chicagoland are well engineered for even dispersion, but I don't think it's quite 'perfected' yet.
There is a reason for blue sky, daylight chemtrail runs, I think it's for the human visual(pilot) feedback/reports. There's no reason the 'perfect' GPS lat/lon grids can't be done on an overcast day or under the cover of night.

Chicago is a great testbed for chemtrail efficacy on multiple races, and with the numerous hospitals, clinics and ER's around the city and burbs, lot's of resultant data can be harvested.

As far as 'killin' with chemtrails?... the engineering and efficiencies have to be perfected first.
