Meds are for tools...
Eat healthy, exercise, and meditate.

Have you been taking any certain medication for extended lengths of time? Some medications will decrease Gonadotropin Secreting Hormone from the hypothalamus and will result in low testosterone. Have you tried chamomile or valerian... or beer? Sometimes rest and time are the best treatments. Benzos are a temporary fix and should not be used for more than 3 weeks straight
