If he works for the Border Patrol I'd guess they won't their officers and families prepared for at least 6 months. If the US Military is planning to war with the Narco Drug Terrorist, it'll drive illegals to the border and strain resources. KBR will be there to round them up and detain them before sending them off to who knows where.
