Your absoulutly right, every time the US pulls back troops and pull out, its to rest troops, repair equiptment, and replenish
weapons stock. US is fully pulling back because next war will be big and long, Iran and possibly Russia, and needs troops and equiptment to be fresh. The end goal of elites in US, Europe is to control of large natural resources and reserves around world, and de-populate planet. I hope I'm wrong, but you only have to watch news and read to see whats being set-up next for war.
