Just make one up... 0256X.30BA7 (I would conform to the format XXX-XX-XXXX though) I think he is lying. All he would need is a full name and DOB (or perhaps just a facebook account). If the FBI/DHS needs a SSN they can find it with that info. |

He is definitely up to something. Tell him he can contact the Social Security Administration if he really needs their Social Security numbers. (He won't get very far, but you can pretend you don't know that.) |
