I recently lost about 30 pounds on the HCG diet which put me about 2 pounds below a technical obese level... and I have ONLY BEEN ABLE to maintain the loss by eating an extremely restricted diet including no breads, no potatoes, no rice and no sugar-- it is very expensive.

I challenge you to be able to do a diet like this on a permanent basis--- it takes a lot of will power and strength and I am still overweight.. My metabolism has been so damaged by the thyroid destroying chemicals and radiation that I now must eat in a very spartan diet to be able to MAINTAIN my weight just below the obese level.
