Prior to the 1980s, ALMOST NO ONE IN THIS COUNTRY WAS OBESE.

I was skinny and I ate whatever I wanted to without gaining weight and hardly exercising.

Since the mid 1970s, the elite have spiked our food, water and body lotions with massive amounts of chemicals and genetically modified foods that cause cancer (big money) and obesity (bigger money due to cash flows off diabetes, etc.)

I recently lost about 30 pounds on the HCG diet which put me about 2 pounds below a technical obese level... and I have ONLY BEEN ABLE to maintain the loss by eating an extremely restricted diet including no breads, no potatoes, no rice and no sugar-- it is very expensive.

I challenge you to be able to do a diet like this on a permanent basis--- it takes a lot of will power and strength and I am still overweight.. My metabolism has been so damaged by the thyroid destroying chemicals and radiation that I now must eat in a very spartan diet to be able to MAINTAIN my weight just below the obese level.

So my friend your extreme hate is misdirected. I feel sad for a person so filled with hate and so little knowledge about what is really going on...
