I need to get MRI's and see a nuerologist.

I've already seen an orthopedic surgeon, who informed me that I have the following injuries:

Torn Rotator Cuff
Torn Labrum
Separated A/C Joint
Severed Long Thoracic Nerve

I haven't been able to work, let alone get out of bed for the better part of 3 months.

I was denied medical assitance twice by the county.

I don't know what to do, and I'm running out of options, FAST.
