That money would be great I just had my baby ,I'm a Cheff in NYC the hurricane Sandy distroy the restaurant .I always like to work really hard me and my husband always wish to own a beutiful home and now is really hard since he is the only one working. Our big dream is to own a nice home for our doughter ,today we were driving by a town in queens ny and we walk in ti a oPEN house a beutiful house a really bad backyard and my husband told me if I had the money I will buy this home for u event if I have to work all my life to pay it. It broke my heart we look true the hole house and it was just perfect. So yes that kind of money would be just perfect for our down payment.
