Excellent post. This is a simple case of the government taking advantage of the fact that people don't know the law or their rights. They are thug nobodies with uniforms.

I was really surprised that the checkpoint agents let that man go. I figured they'd arrest him! I guess it shows that if we are strong enough, they will back down. They only have power over those who let them have it. However, I think I'll keep my life easy by not flying and not driving past any borders that I don't have to.

Every time I see these videos, and other's like it, my blood pressure rises. More people need to know their rights. Thanks for posting this again.

Those checkpoints are 50 to 80 miles inside the United States. They are not at the border. That's partially the point: That they (border patrol) have no authorization to ask one of their citizenship.

They're 50 to 80 miles inland? Wow! That does seem illegal, as technically that's not the "border". That's insane! You're right. They don't have authorization to check every random person. They're supposed to at least have a suspicion (which I'm sure they could come up with one if they wantd to). We are most definitely in the end times. Acting bizarre and acting like an ass not even cracking your window to talk allows them to detain you under suspicion. You were already being detained at the stop sign for questioning like everyone else. When he said to pull over you were definately being detained genius. These guys have nothing to do with Congress who wrote the laws you disagree with you are wasting your time. Most of the land especially interstates and highways in the west are federally owned aka like Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands so you are in a different legal atmosphere.
