What a cocktail of poison we've created: Radioactive shit from Fukushima, more radiation from the leftovers we've dumped in the ocean years ago, oil spills, and now thousands of tons of rotting plants and methane from global warming. If the larger sealife's dying, what's happening at the bottom of the food chain? Anyone know if there's been any recent study on the plankton?

Everyone gets excited about tsunamis and earthquakes, nuclear explosions etc because they're dramatic. When will they realise its the PLANKTON that matters. That's the weakest link in the food chain. Once that's gone the rest will unravel without any spectacular events and we're finished.
