That's not really accurate. Only America has a real fat problem. And...we're capable of changing that quickly with reality. Most of the rest of the world is struggling with hunger...either because their governments oppress them or because there's a general lack of food. There would have to be ample food everywhere for all people to be fattened up...that's just not happening.
