There is a restaurant not far from me here in central Texas that serves chicken fried bacon (the thick kind) with white sawmill gravy made from bacon drippings. I haven't tried it yet but as soon as I get the money save up for a triple by-pass I'm going. You would have to wash it down with a fifth of Jack Daniels just to get the grease thin enough to pump through your veins. Yummy!
