I am a fat-ass who just lost 17 pounds on the HCG diet. Ask me a question

I'm pretty sure thyroid problems (as well as pancreas (diabetes) problems and other 'fat' problems) are caused by eating non-nutritive foodstuffs.

I am a fat-ass who lost 45 pounds over 6 months with acupuncture. No special diet,no extra exercise.

I did the HCG diet and lost 30 pounds in 2.5 months.

I did the shots at home.
Diet wasn't too bad really.

The hcg makes your body think your preggers, so even on such a restricted diet it burns your baby making fat supply and your milk supply fat, it does not burn the good type fats that are used to cushion internal organs or your face.
Most baby making supply fat on women are found in the gut, thighs and butt.

I had to stop my diet though because I got pneumonia one year and the idiot doctor put me on steroids which gave me a huge food rage hunger and I gained too much back.

This year I am restocked on HCG, syringes and sterile mixing water and I am just waiting for Thanksgiving to get out of my face. Hubby always wants a huge food day and it's hard to look at a 500 calorie day when there are croissants and yams on the stove, LOL

I'll use Thanksgiving for the 3 days your supposed to over eat before beginning the shots.

And as a precaution due to winter, I have a lot of macrolide antibiotics in the fridge too.

One thing about it I will never EVER take steroids ever again! ALL I wanted to do was eat 24/7. I have never experienced a hunger rage before and it was awful!

The hcg diet is the only thing that has 100% worked for me EVERY time- I've lost 30lbs on it, and haven't gained any of it back. Now I'm a strict vegan and loving it! Hcg all the way.

The brand I bought was eHCG by Anumed, which I found at my health food store. It is a homeopathic solution that you place under your tongue.

I am not hungry on it at all.

Their website is www.anumed.com. You can purchase online or can buy it at a health food store.

Do not buy it from Walmart. I read lots of threads about HCG and learned that all homeopathic drops are not created equal.

Another day later and I lost another pound.

Everyone states that they loose at least one pound a day and that is what I am experiencing.

Injected HCG sure but OP is talking about drops... which I'm sure are homeopathic and contain. .00000001% HCG. Here's the test, eat normally and take the drops... do you still lose weight? No.

I am taking the homeopathic drops, and they are working great. I lost another pound today... and yesterday I cheated and ate 700 calories instead of 500.

What's your fav. food to eat on this diet?

When you buy the drops at the health food store or from www.anumed.com, you receive a large recipe book. It shows many combinations of food in various recipes.

I usually make a large pot of chicken/cabbage soup or beef cabbage soup, (with cole slaw mix instead of noodles) and then divide it up into portions in baggies which I place in the refrigerator and heat later.

I also make scrambled eggs. sautéing garlic and onions in chicken broth, adding one whole egg and three egg whites, and then add a little fat free cottage. I eat this with one melba toast cracker. It is really filling and only something around 150 calories for a large meal.

FYI Another day has passed and I lost another pound.

I have NEVER lost weight so fast, nor felt so good when doing so.

This is just not true if your liver is not functioning correctly, especially for women.

Let's all also bear in mind that the feds just put Kevin Trudeau away for over TEN YEARS for endorsing the hcg diet. They said he lied about it when he said it was an easy weight loss method, and they don't consider it easy. Now, the ftc and fda have it out for the guy for other reasons, but I think they have it out for hcg too.

They said nothing about its effectiveness, mind you. I personally think the theory is sound and it doesn't matter if trials with placebos worked as well in this case. You can modify hormone levels through hypnosis FFS, how do you know the placebo group didn't subconsciously rocket their hcg levels on their own to achieve similar results?
