Pass judgement on what you have not even read or researched. Just say it wont work. Speak as tho there have been no intelligent inventors SINCE TESLA! Such is the mentality of losers. Glad you have defined yourself. . |

b tb User ID: 13264 United States 10/22/2005 07:45 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | while it is possible to run an internal combustion engine on hydrogen, it is not advisable for the home mechanic, unless they have experience handling hazardous materials, to do so. hydrogen as a fuel is inordinately more combustible than gasoline. it is also extremely difficult to contain properly. these two factors could be fatal for the average backyard tinkerer. then there are the considerations of how much energy is required to first split off the hydrogen from the water and where that might come from in a vehicle. but i´ll just rain on your practical parade as opposed to the theoretical..... |

But if others have done it and are here, is it impossible? If someone does what someone else says is impossible, does that mean that it wasn´t done?? I think not. |
b tb User ID: 13264 United States 10/22/2005 08:20 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | "If someone does what someone else says is impossible..." it would be nice to see the proof, no? if you get to the crux of the biscuit, you end up ordering plans for the system at the following: [link to www.cashmaxmall.com] now, if you think that a piece of paper from an outfit called cashmaxmall is going to exempt you from paying the going rate at the pump, be my guest. i for one would like a little more to go on, especially when they claim: "[t]he original concept for the HydroStar™ System was conceived by a small group of scientists, engineers and inventors in Canada." i´m guessing if it was researched by scientists and engineers, they were dealing with the standard set of "laws of conventional physics." and if that is the case, there should be some documentation. the order page has good documentation of how to send them money, but is absent any verifiable evidence of how it works. nor does it include any information on how to track down and look at the research it was based upon. again, even if you are able to render pure hydrogen from some process not yet recognized under accepted scientific knowledge, it will still act and behave like hydrogen of this dimension and reality. rendering such process with a PVC tube as advertised on the order page is a highly dubious proposition given hydrogen´s combustibility and propensity to seek other than its proscribed confines. notice how in depth cashmaxmall goes to legally define their liability, none, as opposed to how revealing they are about the process should you choose to attempt what is on that $45 peice of paper.... |
