I've said it before, I'lle say it again. Russia has the best UFO's. Even there Orbs are better. It's deffinatly not a star, planet, or Moon, It's moving way to fast. Moving pretty slow to be a fixed wing aircraft in my opinion. Leaves a few possibilities, but the halo type effect is unusual to say the least. Did you see the other one with it?
