Military Buildup Worldwide: The Globalization of War

I've noticed this myself over the last few years.. it seems a lot of countries are having a buildup of their military in area's that are "uncommon" to their military interests. America has REALLY been doing this all over the world but its not just America..pretty much all of the bigger powers are spreading to area's they havent in years doing their drills and other trainings and of course strengthing their militaries by expanding their number of troops and spending more money towards new weapons and military technology .preparing for what? WW3? Seems like it...
