Just called them, they said if I lived in CA I should warn my immediate family but avoid spreading the warning to avoid mass hysteria/panic which apparently means more deaths, they said. They sounded very panicy and when I told them I was from Australia they sounded pissed off and then calmed down, said I had about 48 hours and then apologised and hung up on me
