Bright Flash of Light Inside Bedroom | |
| Gizzie User ID: 5308976 12/26/2011 08:57 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hey guys! I just wanted to put this out there and see what you all think. Quoting: I's_2_D_Skies Last night my 10 year old daughter came flying into our bedroom saying that there had just been a very bright flash of light in her bedroom. She was scared to death. She said it happened real fast and that it was so bright it was burning her eyelids. There were no visible marks but she said she could still feel it burning. She thought the flash of light came from her bedroom window and it didn't make any sound. After I got her calmed down she said she was wide awake and it was like the sun had come in her room and went back out. Her first thought was the flash of a camera. Her room is on the second floor of the house to where no light outside could come in her bedroom window like that. We have no street lights in our neighborhood so I can't think of anything that could shine in that high or that bright. Has anyone here ever witnessed anything like this??? She is scared to go to sleep in her room tonight. This is very unlike her. Even when she was real small she has never been scared to go to bed. I have OP, about 2 weeks ago. I was up late and when I got into bed I saw a flash of light in my bedroom near the ceiling. It looked like a quick bolt of lightning. My GF wasn't too please when I told her in the morning as we have had a few things happen the last few years.... Does or has your daughter had any other experiencies in the past?? |

It reminded me of a flash from an explosion or something, and it was accompanied by a sense of dread. I told myself it was in my head. It was like a lightning strike, but there was no clouds. I anticipated a shockwave or boom after. For a second I was reminded of a nuke. It was blinding bright. I felt that maybe a 'shift' had happened in time. |

I was in the corner of the apt, under a loft facing the wall: it was intense like it went RIGHT THROUGH everything like an x-ray. I shook my head, and anticipated a shockwave or boom, like an explosion. |

All of us have witnessed some strange things in the sky at night off and on for the last several years. There is something going on with the mountain behind our house. I'm not sure how to put my finger on it but we have witnessed lights in the sky above the mountain and a bright red light that came up to us with in 100 feet from where we were standing on our back deck. My daughter seems to be very aware of things that I would have had no clue about when I was her age. She has strange dreams sometimes that she can control. This is something totally new to me. It really did frighten her and she doesn't scare easily. I did a web search and I have read that it could be anything from aliens to paranormal. |

The way our house is positioned towards the road the car or vehicle would have to be flying to get its lights high enough to shine in the windows. She keeps her blinds closed all the time too so it had to be one heck of a bright light if it originated outside her window. |

They still talk about it alot and believe it was God's angel letting them know they had been heard. _________________________ Do you need prayer? You should probably take her to the eye doctor just to make sure, as retinal detachment can cause permanemt blindness. If they rule that out, then who knows? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 5240732 She just went to the eye doctor on December 3rd. They found that she has an astigmatism and near sighted in one eye. Its a common problem that people have so I don't think that would cause the flash. The Dr. said other than that there was no eye disease and her eyes looked very healthy. |

She is still so scared so since we have no answer to what it was that is exactly what we told her it was. I would much rather like to think it was an angel versus some of the other things that have run through my mind. |
| Gizzie User ID: 5308976 12/26/2011 09:22 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Funny you mention this.... Right where the flash was in my bedroom was the TV, it wasn't the TV as it was well above it near the ceiling. Also, my mum's house where I grew up as a child has activity going on, won't go into it all but one day, my mum and Auntie were sat in the lounge watching TV when what looked like a bolt of lighting shot from the ceiling light straight onto the coffee table below it. We all thought it was an electrical fault at first but then realized there were no burn marks on the table, after that, we put it down to one of many of the activities that have happened in the house... |

Just another thing to cross off your list I know. It does sound like what abductees described to Dr. Karla Turner there are videos up on youtube of her lectures. |

I am bringing your attention to this post because it mentions a sudden bright flash of light that appeared right above a person and was also seen by two other people who were miles away. Quoting Gunshot Girl (User ID: 1295002) Another post, this guy is near my area (I'm in the West valley): "Peoria az. 12/26/2011 6:30PM from west to South east. 12 bright red orbs flying across the sky at a high rate of speed. About the speed of an f-16 at 5,000 on final approach. Yet were seen going away from Luke afb. Had no sound and all vanished after about two minutes from original visibility. Shortly after I saw two large disks with a slight Hugh. These discs were several thousand feet directly above moving in the opposite direction of the red/amber orbs. They made a slight sound no crackling nothing. I watched them move north west then suddenly move to the south west. I was out in the back yard about 8:30pm when a sudden bright flash of light appeared right above me. It was so bright it looked as if it were day light or a camera flash because I could see my shadow on the ground. I asked my sister if she had just taken a picture of me with her camera, but she only had her phone and was on her phone so she could not have done it. I then checked my facebook and One of my FB friends who was a few miles away saw the exact same thing with one other witness. It has been a crazy week with UFO sightings in the Phoenix metro area. As I reported my sighting on FB more people have come forward with their own sightings. Something big is happening." Thread: Strange lights last night seen all over the world. Hovering amber orbs. There were nine of us in the house on three different floors and a huge flash of light was seen by all of us. It was just a big flash along the whole ceiling of the main floor and then the kids all came running from the basement and the third floor describing the same thing they had just seen. I will never forget it. This happened during the day but the flash of light was so much brighter then anything outside coming in. |
