Bright Flash of Light Inside Bedroom

I experienced a similar 'event' today.

I have a large window, two metres from the foot of my bed. I sleep with the curtains open as I like to look out into the sky whilst I lay in bed.
This morning, I woke at around 6:00am and almost immediately, there were two huge, bright white flashes outside my window.

I have had weird experiences in the past, but this is new to me.

Just thought I post my experience...first time it happened to me!

I did a video about a dream I had. It starts after 4:15, just look at my ceiling right after I mentioned Moses' name!

I live in a third floor apartment and my blinds were down and curtains drawn that day, although it was a sunny day.

Always pray and ask the Lord to confirm if that was indeed a sign from Him or if an angel was contacting you

Don't want to hijack the OP's thread but it's more about how we feel during these experiences, not about what others think it is...yes?

Firstly, I'm clearly a dudette

Secondly, as I mentioned before, the blinds were down that day. Actually when I played it back, a car sound came starting @ 4:36, if that was a car sound for sure. It was very quiet when I did this vid.

I'm already getting confirmations from the Lord about the importance of why Moses' name appeared in the first place. As for the light, regardless of the source, it couldn't be more timely I believe !

I just wanted to add the latest to my original post. Night before last my daughter came in and woke me up at 4am with a nose bleed. She has never been prone to nose bleeds. Her nose was pouring blood from her left nostril. She had been asleep and I guess it woke her up. I got to say that when I think about the first night and the flash of light in her room and now the nose bleed while she was just laying in bed asleep it really has be nervous. I'm trying to consider that its just because its winter and maybe the heat dried out her sinuses but this has never happened before. Last night I had her sleep in my room and she was fine. No problems with nose bleeds or anything. I have decided that if the nose bleed happens again I will take her to the Dr., but I think if I was to tell them about the flash of light and a sudden nose bleed the following night they would think I was crazy!!!

Maybe she needs a humidifier in her room OP.

The air can get pretty dry inside during the winter.

Its happened the same thing to me..Just 3-4 times in last 3 year.

could be an extraordinary experience or event...
could be your daughter experiencing migraines...
could be a small ball-lightning, but unlikely...
could be that a lot of aliens got a new anal probes for christmas, and very eager to try it out...

I have experienced something similar that I have no explanation for. One night a few months after my father passed away my mother took a fall. She called me over to her house. Her breathing was a little off and I wanted to call 911 but she was really stubborn and would not let me. I told her that in a few hours in the morning I would be taking her to her doctor. I stayed with her through the night and got into her bed with her. She had been keeping my fathers cremated ashes in her bedroom on a table. That night when I got to her house i noticed they were gone, she had moved them. I was really upset that they were gone, but wanted to focus on my my mother. I didn't say anything to her. As I lay in her bed I was making sure her breathing was okay and I was staring over her body in the dark room to the now empty table. I was calling out to my dad in my mind, heart and soul. In a very quite whisper I was asking my dad where he was. Asking and wondering where he had been moved to. Telling him that I would find him and put his ashes back out. As I was staring into the darkness at the empty table there was an extremely bright flash of light in a round shape. One so bright like an old time flash on a camera. It was for just maybe one to two seconds. There was no explanation for it. No cars around, no night lights, she has not pets or clocks, nothing. I knew immediately that it was my father letting me know that he was okay and he did not want me to worry about him. I have never told any one of this until recently. I don't really believe in ghosts, but I just know that it was my fathers spirit setting my mind at ease. Its the only explanation. He is my angel.

Oh man, I've had this happen to me more than once in the past few weeks. most of the time i've seen it i've been in my living room which has only one window and it's usually shut with the blinds closed.

now i'm kinda spooked. thought maybe it was my eyes playing tricks on me .

For a brief moment I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me as well.I have never had an experience like this in the past and have not had one since. I just think that my father felt my turmoil and wanted me to not stress out over him but to focus on my mother. That's the way he always was.

About 12 years ago it was around 1 in the morning for some reason we were in 2 different bedrooms across from each other still awake and we both at the same time saw a streak of light fly through our rooms lightning quick and at the same time said did you see that. The crazy thing is the next morning we were at the table and I started to talk about a dream I had that night and how in the dream people were walking through a wall of fire and as quick as I mentioned this dream my brother had the same exact dream how dose that happen.

Yes. I was in a basement guest bedroom about 7 years ago - no windows, lights out and door closed. I experienced a super bright white flash in the upper corner of the room but it did not have that residual sudden bright light in the dark effect and I was expecting something supernatural to follow... Nothing followed it.. Spooked the shit out of me.

Forgot to add - had an eye exam since then with everything checking out ok and it has never happened again.

has happened to me numerous times where i just close my eyes to sleep and a bright light flashes quicker then i can open my eye. it either flashes once or more then once like a strobe light at a party and it makes the noise a strobe light makes ( that clicking on and off noise of the light bulb). it usually frightens me simply because there is nothing im my room that makes this bright of a light. i can also feel where the light is coming from but the light is so bright that (from the inside of my eye lid) it seems as if the light is shining from every part.


i have talked with someone about it (spiritualist) and she said it could be a spirit toying with me simply because i have a reaction to its "games". i was instructed to talk to it and let it know i and all of my family along with our property are of god. After that i haven't had it occur as often but it happened just the other night. so here i am

Ya'll need to go back on your SSRI drugs. Withdrawl causes light distortions.

Have you noticed any changes in your visual perception since this has happened? Are you more sensitive to light now or noticing any new perceptions with your eyesight?

The reason I ask is because I experienced a single incident of what I can only describe as a light explosion on the right side of my visual field that I believed originated from inside my eye. Shortly after that incident I discovered that I was now able to perceive bands of electromagnetic energy emanating off of electrical light sources. Basically my visual ability changed after that incident. I have not had any similar incidents (light explosions) since.
