Evolution cannot explain every aspect of biology.

Because your eyes are not properly calibrated...

All the different branches of the human species come in many different shades...

The more local the population you are discussing, the more monochrome they are... like the original blondy/blues or the northern lands - all monochrome (same eyes, hair, and skin).

Go to specific tribes in Africa, all monochrome.

Talk about all "black people" globally of pure Black genetic stock, not monochrome - many varieties.

"Whites" are actually the most colorful people upon the planet... they do have the most obvious varieties of coloring, of eyes, hair, and skin.

Whites are, in fact, the people of color when you think about how many different colors they come in and include hair and eyes in that label.

I always get disturbed when ignorant people label non-white people as "people of color."

It´s backwards and silly.

black people or other dark skinned people such as indians have genes that generate the most pigment in their hair follicles. white peoples don´t have so much pigment that more varieties in hair color can´t arise.

but why was it so localized to the european populations?
