God's creation process started when he decided to make free thinking creatures that make use of free will, exactly like he does. This creation process is not over, as we humans are still going through the process of putting our free wills to the test.

What good is free will, if you do not get to exercise it.
In heaven there is only good, so a free will, will never be tested. This is why God created the earth...to serve as a lab where humans could try out their free will. To do as they choose...some not even thinking that they will be held accountable for their actions. This is also why satan was created, to serve as an anti-thesis to good.

Satan was evil from the beginning.
Satan is not Lucifer. That he is Lucifer (the morningstar) is one of the big Lucifarian lies. The name Lucifer is found in the Bible only once and the Bible says that he was a MAN, a MAN that DIED. Satan cannot die excpet in the lake of fire, which the Bible shows us is our second death, i.e. the spiritual death. The end of our physical lives here on earth, is of course the first death.

Those ones who chooses God with their free will, will reign with him one day for ever. The ones that did not, will be destroyed, (in the lake of fire, the second death) as they are part of the failed experiment.

Man in heaven will be placed even higher than the angels, because the angels do not have free will, they only do God's will.

The creation process of mankind will only be complete when Jesus returns and only those that exercised their free will correctly will be the completed creatures that God wanted to create when he first said: "Let their be light"
