Cheetah the Chimp (from Tarzan Movies) passes away.....at 80 years old!

He outlived both his cast mates and passed away at 80 years old!

"Cheetah was known for his ability to stand up and walk like a person, sanctuary volunteer Ron Priest told WFLA."

Another distinguishing characteristic: "When he didn't like somebody or something that was going on, he would pick up some poop and throw it at them," Priest said. "He could get you at 30 feet with bars in between."

in 2005 he was handed a Guinness world record as the oldest non-human primate.

Sanctuary outreach director Debbie Cobb said Cheeta was outgoing, loved finger painting and American football and liked to see people laugh.
