My life sucks more than yours. I have no friends, none, no outside real life contacts, not even non-reallife internet contacts either.

i have relatives i see 2-3 times a year.

i am home 24/7. i make a little money on the web, just enough to the bills. i wake up, i get on the internet, browse the same damn fucking boring sites every day until i get tired, then i go back to bed. once a week i do some grocery shopping. thats it for me. i am only waiting for death.

First, I would never advice someone to divorce or marry. Those are personal choices. I had a job once where the boss was rude to me, for no reason, where I was so unhappy and my ex told me to ditch it, I didn't listen to him right away, but it went straight to my brain. Later on, I resigned from that job and found myself unemployed for some time. I was unhappy for 8 months and had to use my savings to survive. The point is: never listen to others especially when they don't know your life story or how you met your wife, or how you treat her.
I think nothing is never enough in a marriage. The fact is men cheat on their wives, that gave them children....go figure! Some men do it when the woman is pregnant.
It has to do with your personality OP, you were like this before you met her and Iam sure you have some insecurities. My husband is very insecure. When I met him, he looked so sharp, so sure, yeah right.., but it was just a reflexion, behind this hides an immaturity, through the years I noticed how insecure he was and how little details influenced him.

Went through my 20's and 30's alone. Got married in my 40's for the first time.... Good God I wish I lived alone again. Really, it's hard to appreciate what you have until it's gone.

Get rid of the TV, Internet, and movies and keep your cell phone in you car boot, only have a land line to receive calls, a doorbell to receive friends and a newspaper delivered to read the headlines. Things will go down into a deep dip then it will come up as things start blossoming because then you will be forced to do things together like fixing up the house, gardening, baking, cooking, cleaning the windows and washing the curtains, cleaning and fixing the car, more time with the children and do all this together, sport, gyming, conversations no longer political across the lips that corrodes the atmosphere.
