Prayer Needed For Newborn Grandaughter !

My Son was in ICU in the past weeks he almost died but I saw the awesome prayers to God really work. He was dying and now he up and working and 100% better. Dont count out Prayer our Lord can do miracles I truely saw it. My prayers are with your grandaughter and the whole family. They need his strength too. I claim that by Jesus stripes she is healed and in the name of Jesus bind Satan from causing ill to her.

My daughter Elizabeth was released from the hospital earlier today. Her and her husband are with my grandaughter as I post this. My daughter is quite uncomfortable, but there is no way she was going to be separated from Jaleah any longer.
Jaleah is still breathing rapidly, but not as bad as yesterday. I was with Jaleah today. I went to the hospital as soon as we left church. Her breathing rate yesterday was in mostly the 90's and low 100's. Today, her breathing rate is mostly in the 70's and 80's. Her breathing rate has to stay below 60 for at least a couple of days before they try to bottle feed her. She has a feeding tube in place, besides the oxygen, and all the other contraptions hooked up to her. Jaleah will probably need tube feeding in addition to bottle feeding, when her breathing rate goes down enough for them to attempt the bottle feeding. The nurse explained to me that it does take energy to suck the bottle, and babies that are in her situation tire easy. I guess it is all one little step at a time. I did ask the nurse about the pending test results, as all of the other test results have come back negative. She said that the rest of them came back, and that they are all normal !!! I asked the nurse why Jaleah was having so much trouble with her breathing. The nurse said that because of the breech position, and the emergency c-section my daughter had to have, that the lungs don't get the normal "squeeze" that they would get from a regular delivery.

I agree. My daughter Elizabeth is not allergic to anything, but her 2 sisters are. Pertussis vaccine almost killed them. My youngest has an exemption from some of the required vaccines, because of her allergies. BTW, NONE of them get a flu shot. It is too risky, IMO.

Prayers for you and your family. So glad your little granddaughter is doing better. I'm a massage therapist and the U of MN has done studies on C-section babies that show they respond well to having massage. The reason being, as stated earlier in one of your posts, they did not have the usual "squeeze" by a normal delivery. Apparently, the contractions do a lot more than just squeeze the baby down the birth canal...they also help the babies body to breath. One of the best things to do to premature or C-section babies is to massage them!

We are not allowed to hold Jaleah yet. My daughter and her husband were allowed to touch her through the portals in the incubator. Her breathing is about the same. She is still staying in the 70's and 80's, with spikes in the 100's.

My account issues seem to be resolved again.

No new news on Jaleah. There has been no change since yesterday. We are praying for her recovery. We are storming Heaven for this precious baby.
I had been so impatiently waiting for my 1st grandaughter to be born. I have 4 grandsons, ages 2-12. Jaleah is so loved and wanted. It just rips me up, seeing her in that incubator, tubed, and fighting.
I laid low today, but tomorrow I will try to go up to see her again. My migraines have plagued me all day. The stress of all this is causing me mega migraines so bad, even my vision is blurred, and medication is not helping so much.
The pain in my heart is the worst of all, seeing my little baby grandaughter struggling, and my daughter and son-in-law so agonized. This is rough. Please keep up with the prayers for Jaleah.

I know migraines can make you feel miserable--I get them all the time.

I hope you are able to relax for awhile. Take a hot shower or bath and have someone rub your back. Lay down and rest.

My first granddaughter (second grandchild) had RSV Pneumonia when she was 10 days old. . She had been to the doctor the day before and was diagnosed with just a cold. The next morn I was flying down the highway with a new born that was blue. We got her to the hospital for 3 days she was in intensive Neonatal unit, the doctors said she was not going to make it and were going to take her of life support the next morning. Now for what I did because it may help you. I had done a cleansing of my self for one day, no food and only water. Then that night before they were going to take her off life support, I prayed all night from about 7Pm on I laid my hands on her and willed all my strength in to that baby girl. I asked god to use my strength to give her strength to live and to have no brain damage. At about 3 than Morn my hands became very hot like they were on fire. They stayed that way for about a 1/2 an hour I am guessing at that because it was dawn before I became a where of my surroundings. My little granddaughter turned the corner the next day and is now 12 years old soon to be turning 13 and is a little pistol like her Mom is. If you choose to do this please know that there will be a cost in your own health. But for me any price I would be willing to pay for my Grandchildren, none would be to high. My prayers are going out to you.

On top of everything else, now I got a tooth that is bothering me. :( I feel very crappy, no energy.I almost passed out yesterday, while walking the dog.My migraine just came back with a vengeance while I was out walking Sheba.
At least I have finally started to get some sleep. I pray myself to sleep, and just about every waking moment I am praying. All I can do is pray, and just have patience.
