Lou, if he's moving it towards the borders or where his scuds are then it's very bad, if he's moving it to use against rebels it's also bad, but probably not bad enough to warrant an international intervention, if he moves it and uses it against Israel...then God help us all cuz Syria will end up with a permanent case of glowing in the dark. I don't know where Steve and MM are so like you I am hoping to hear from them as well. In light of the massacre that took place today it should be pretty evident that Assad has no intention to going through any transitional surrender of power and will only tell diplomats what they want to hear to buy himself time to crush the rebels, gotta give it to them though they are taking heavy losses but refuse to give up.

It's admirable but they are outgunned and not organized enough to take on Assad's army despite the defections still.
