Uri Saguy, who was head of the IDF's Operations Directorate during the first Lebanon war and MI chief from 1991 to 1995, decided this week to make his voice heard over what he calls 'the purposely timed hysteria.' DAMN . . . it just keeps coming, talk about something that should not be public.
