Man accused of raping and killing 1 month old infant

OK people, this is the SECOND "brutal rape" of a one month old baby in the last few weeks. The one that allegedly happened in Gravesend Kent (UK) was very similar to this story in that the baby had all its ribs broken, collarbone, arm, two punctured lungs, bruised, battered, beaten and raped, AND had a heart attack. None of the newspapers I've corresponded with have any evidence this baby actually exists, and two of them told me they think the story is a hoax.

Now we got this bullshit, that sounds almost identical, except for the negligent mother is at a friggin casino while the boyfriend is sodomizing the baby. Get real.

"(The) baby was taking a bottle and choked and couldn't stop, and the baby has now passed away," the caller told a 911 operator.

According to a criminal complaint, sheriff's deputies found a 4-week-old baby girl battered, with blood pooling around her clothes all the way into the footie of her Onesie. Officers said the baby had two black eyes, a bite mark on her cheek, brain bleeds, a lacerated liver and anal and vaginal tearing. The 911 operator asked the family to perform CPR, but it was too late.

"The baby's gone," the caller said.

Authorities said they arrested 37-year-old Juan Galindo on charges of sexual assault and child abuse resulting in death. Officers said Galindo admitted he was high on meth when he assaulted the baby.

According to court documents, the baby's mother was at a casino early Thursday morning while her daughter was subjected to the fatal sexual assault. Court documents also said Galindo had tried to revive the baby, but when he couldn't, he took her lifeless body outside and sat with her on the porch for three hours.

According to the criminal complaint, the baby also had rib fractures in various stages of healing, which indicate that she had withstood abuse for over a period of time."

One story says this guy is 27, another story says he admitted to being high on "heroin", and one month old babies do not have multiple ribs broken (that arent even formed yet) and in "various stages of healing" at ONE MONTH OLD!!! Sheesh, this is complete and total bullshit, and you people are eating it up hook line and sinker.

None of this crap stands up to scrutiny, and just like the Gravesend baby bullshit, that all the papers have lost their affinity for (hoping the public will just forget about it) the same thing will happen here. Problem, reaction, and I guarantee there will be a fucking soluition.

And BTW, if I am wrong (unlike most of the twits on this board) I will submit myself to public flogging and apologize to the board, just like I offered on the Gravesend baby. Uh yeah, good luck with that.

This little baby was stone cold DEAD when 911 was called.

They waited for HOURS before calling 911.

This baby had multiple rib fractures and brain bleeds,,,,,

a lacerated liver and blood was all over her little footies.

I'm not an advocate for torture, or the death penalty. Leaves too much to the courts, and people can be railroaded.

But knowing that this small child, of a month old, not even old enough to understand what is happening around her... to have her last moments on this Earth be that as described in the article?

I guess I'll just say I have exceptions to my rule, and while it may make me a hypocrite, I think someone needs to do something horrific to this man should it be proven that he did in fact do this.

I don't necessarily agree with torture by rape.

They messed up the drug of choice. What we know for a fact is a baby is dead. A baby had things shoved into it, and that caused the death (prelim stated it, and the coroner will back it up.) We have a guy with the baby at the time admitting to sticking his fingers in the baby.
