THINK TANK ISSUE: Concept - LAW PROHIBITING THE SUPPRESSION OF TECHNOLOGY/INFORMATION/INVENTIONS THAT WOULD HELP THE GREATER GOOD OF MAN/WOMAN
Instead of enacting laws that take away our rights as a free people, I believe that if our lawmakers concentrated on enacting new laws, with real teeth and having the ability to pierce the corporate veil, that would make it illegal to withhold technology/information/inventions that could be used to resolve our energy needs and health issues (any other issues that should be added?) we’d all be better off.
Here’s some added thoughts I have on this subject:
The party that owns the rights to a particular technology/information/inventions solution should be compensated by way of a review committee funded out of Federal Government budgets. The rewards should be limited and reduced depending on how long this controlling group has kept them under wraps.
To launch these laws there should be an amnesty period of 60 days from the enactment of this law to release and post this info to a particular Government web site. Full disclosure of all information should be made including but not limited to research, testing, design ideas, plans and any info that would be needed to advance these technology/information/inventions and announce what the potential uses for these ideas are.
This law will not only nullify any confidentiality agreement signed by any inventor /researcher/technologist BUT reverse the obligation to disclosure with the same teeth/penalties that the suppressors have on them. Government protection should be offered to anyone that can should they have information and feel threatened.
All this information provided through this endeavour would be made available for public use with some form of royalty to the groups that have invented it, driving others to invent.
WHAT DO YOU THINK AND WHAT ADDITIONAL IDEAS WOULD YOU ADD TO THIS CONCEPT?!

If you are trying to copyright anything in the USA it passes through government sensors.

If they deem it a matter of national security it is confiscated. You press the matter and you will disappear or be suicided.

The only way to get paradigm shifting technologies onto the world stage is to release it for free and don't seek financial reward from it.

If it takes off, eventually you will be rewarded.

I think it's an idea that brings focus to the issue of suppression. I think to release the inventors/technologist from their nondisclosure agreements is the answer. I realize it takes an act of a lawmaker but this is an idea whose time has come.

Your dreaming.

There are thousands of patents that are suppressed from public view due to 'national security concerns'

The only thing that will bring technology forward is the public pushing it forward out of the elites control, and if necessary against their will.

Even the electric car was heavily suppressed and documentary's were made 'Who killed the electric car.'

If by a miracle we could get Ron Paul into the POTUS position, and if by another miracle we can keep him alive from a CIA assassins, the Rothchild assassins, and the military industrial complex assassins then you bet he would be the guy to pitch this too
