Very interesting -- so we know that Japan was in opposition to the globalist elite in at least two very significant ways:

1) It helped Iran with it's nuclear enrichment program, upsetting the leaders of Israel. Iran (and Pakistan) appears to have replaced Iraq as the new "enemy" (real or manufactured) of the NWO.

2) It is cutting ties with the international banking elite.

USGS downgrade to 6.8

The massive nature of the 2011 earthquakes and the sheer number of them suggest to me that we have seen a long period of HAARP field testing.

Stay tuned -- can anyone on the ground in Japan tell us if there are any cracks on the streets?

And can anyone tell us what the damage looks like? I'm talking about a first-hand eyewitness -- when/if the MSM starts reporting on this, let's have accounts on record to compare to their imagery.

They're known to fake videos/photos of things like this. The videos of the tsunami were digital creations.

USGS had it at 7.0 for a little while but finally got to downgrading it to 6.8.

It was a 7.2 then 6.8 then 7.0 and now 6.8?

They can downgrade all they want, once that 9 pointer hits again you can't hide that amount of doom. Silly. All to keep the panic down.

-No danger of a tsunami

Exactly -- a cover-up is at work here. We can't trust the Meteorological Agency, really.

Based on some of the eyewitness accounts, we can be sure to say that "something" happened.

Was this some kind of a HAARP field test? Or was it a psychological operation, executed with timing (2012) in mind?

I think the fact that Japan is "at odds" with the NWO for helping Iran and freeing itself from the "money masters" is very significant.

How would a HAARP experiment effect them, after they were already devastated by the weather-warfare event that took place on the Masonic date of March 11? Is a clear message being sent to them?

This are the news here, no damages so far and no tsunami alert. And this was on a different plate than the one that hit on march 11th.. but they expect foreshocks though. Well, I hope it's not a foreshock, not again!!

The depth & intensity of that quake is very worrying!
The fact that it can raise a 6.8 at the surface from 240+ miles down means that a VERY large volume of rock is on the move way down in the fault.
People need to work out their exit routes.
