The Lord will give us many spiritual experiences but He desires most is our communication with Him. Not just in our prayer times but while we live our daily lives. You may not get words per say from the Lord but you will get impressions on and in your heart. God is spirit and He communicates through this realm. The higher communication is perceived by us as thought forms and impressions. The Enemy is from this realm and does and can use thought forms. This is why it is important to get properly trained in discipleship. Best way I know how is the scriptures. Listen to advise and dont be arrogant but listen and learn from the experiences of others. Another way to learn is to fellowship with other believers like your observing on these Christian posts and threads. What we see as little, is in the grand scheme of things of great impact.
