my brothers and sisters,
I have a warning that the LORD has just given me.
Prepare physically and spiritually.

Does it refer to fitness (e.g., from exercise), or to stocking up on things? we need to be staying very close to HIM in our 'prayer closets' and hiding the WORD in our hearts through reading and memorization. in terms of physical preps, seek the LORD concerning this. specifically ask HIM what you need to do, if anything. I believe that this warning was related to something that is coming or going to happen. I heard several times, 'do not delay' and I believe it was in reference to some preps.
