Laacher See or Laacher lake(Germany) how about Hakone caldera, VERY close to Tokyo? 'Conclusions Seismic activity in the Hakone volcano was significantly activated just after the occurrence of the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake. The onset of seismicity was initiated during the Love and Rayleigh waves from the main shock. The seismic activity persisted for approximately one month, with more than 1600 events occurring.' [link to www.terrapub.co.jp] 'We would like to note that seismicity around the northern end of the Tanna Fault was activated after the main shock, where earthquakes were previously hardly observed. We installed 21 offline temporary stations in and around the Hakone caldera prior to the main shock and we are continuing the observation.' |

Just in Rio the fireworks show took 19 minutes total time, and it was made with 25 tons of chinese fireworks mounted on eight big ships (those that are used to carry cars) placed at 400 meters from the beach sand.[ /b] |

[link to i43.tinypic.com] even from different system, we will see the reactivation of many Japanese volcanos. I think that pacific plate instability is a sign of it. |

Laacher See or Laacher lake(Germany) I read early this year couple article this place and what i have heard there is some scientist which are really worried about that bubling gas and activity that area. Anyway looks like magmachamber is really alive nowdays but it have been same kind of style now many months. There was really scary swarm last year. |

Laacher See or Laacher lake(Germany) sorry, but this is just a sensationalist article. No where does it show any evidence of an imminent eruption... Quoting: Nacht im Walde There are no signs for an imminent eruption..true I posted it, cause the msm catch it up Anyway the "laacher see" is still active and worth to watch Kansas City shuffle! currently worthy of closer scrutiny is the volcanic activity at Christchurch, NZ and Lake Van, Turkey! not to mention the ring of fire, obviously |

Laacher See or Laacher lake(Germany) I don't want to ruin this but for a volcano to erupt in such a long distance from an area where 2 tectonic plates collide, it would mean that many other volcanoes would erupt too in these hot zones so this one wouldn't be an issue since pretty much all European volcanoes would be active at the time. |

Laacher See or Laacher lake(Germany) Lake van is interesting here is one old article “We found a thick layer of volcanic deposits at the bottom of Lake Van. With this, we will make a risk analysis and will be able to know how often the eruptions occurred,” Litt said. “When geophysicists, geologists and risk analyzers conduct research together, we will be able to predict what will happen in the forthcoming years.” [link to www.hurriyetdailynews.com] and well that turkis earthquake activity next to this place is not nessecary good sing... |
