Okay...
Let's assume that KMnO4 were brought into line by reaction with As2O3. As2O3 + MnO4(-) +H+ +H2O yields H3AsO4 + Mn(2+) NOT BALANCED If a .1262g sample that is 97.72% As2O3 by mass had been used in the titration, how many milliliters of the .02140M KMnO4 would have been required?
Quoting: Kinect I'd honestly have to bring out a textbook or use Wikipedia to aid in answering that. Everyone knows that a skill not used atrophies. My first job out of college, before I went to grad school, did not involve chemistry. Two years out of undergrad, I could not have answered this without a textbook. Now, over a decade out of retirement, I could not answer this without a textbook. Not ashamed to admit it.
