One source in media confirmed USDA did unleash the plan when many birds died...


Although some were seemingly poisoned, others showed signs of cyanosis, via blue beak...while others showed violent torsion forces applied to bird during flight...leaving birds, twisted and mangled...


other factors are at work...the lowering of the atmospheric ceiling does not help but puts violent storm potential much closer to the ground of the earth, and sadly creation becomes an unwilling victim of this breach...


ELF and VLF can also cause issues with insects and birds, bats, etc...there is a program in place and it seems deadly IMHO
