Ability to focus and become unable to at times think of words which ones wants to use, like a hazzy fog type feeling. Now that i think about it , that chemtrail dude who said he made chemicals for chemtrails said something about some of the effects are a hazzyness or alter mood emotions etc but not to stimulate anger, anyone notice this?

No. You may want to see a doctor.

Comes and goes... I think it's more to do with diet & sleep.

Some foods are a bit more "chemicalized" than others. Different chemicals have different effects on your mental state, each to varying degrees. Lack of sleep can cause the same.

Funnily enough OP, yes.

For instance, I'm a huge Seinfeld fan, and I realised last night lying in bed that I cannot remember the name of the actor who plays George Costanza.... I'm still amazed that I just can't recall his name.

or Kramer... I know it's Micheal something, but it's just gone.

I literally need to Google it and I've seen every episode and discussed and read about these actors countless times over the years.
