Think of what happens because i don't know
I heard there is a court case looming that could have such repercussions

Does Biden take over and seriously think he can win against the Republicans?

Does a Biden/Clinton ticket emerge or is a quick vote held somehow to chose a new Democratic nominee?

What do the rules say and has this ever happened in history?

Could that open doors for an independent like Paul to take the win against Biden and Romney?

Understood that but does he automatically assume relection for a second term if he is a weak candidate (by the rules) or is the party allowed to chose a new DEM?
