To be perfectly honest I don't know. Transferring the energy to my projections and dreams seems completely automatic, like my body and spirit share the same chakra network. Which is interesting because the power only seems to go one way. I can't get my spirits raw power into my body. Although I have managed to use it while in poltergeist form and I've pulled off far more spectacular physical feats that way then I've ever done with my body's energy alone. Hence why I want to merge the two.

And I have no clue how to make a dream a projection, that seems to happen randomly for me. I can only seem to project at will while awake.
