Hi WeAreOne,

Can you share some of your meditation techniques please? Are you also able to tap into and harness your energy like Reiz?

Where and when did you ask the question "The way to find if you have one of these firewalls is to complete the following sentence : "I do not meditate / process because______" ."

Hi Spotty,

In my earlier posts I gave the reasons for my searching and what I used to be able to do and why it stopped. It is worth the read if you want to know me :)

None of the mediation techniques were working for me because of the problem I had. The answer was I used to have a specific way to contact my higher self and as soon as I started the process last night I felt the warmth and love flooding in (as well as all over goose bumps and heat) so I know I had it right.

The one that came close was the one where you breathe in love and light to your heart and your energy expands out in each breath in.

The one that works for me is very slightly different. The light and love moves down to the feet and slowly works up as I breathe in. As it reaches each chakra point I feel the warmth as I wrap the points in the light and love. I do this until the light is just above my head. Because I'm visualising the energy going two ways it is more easier to focus for me.

Sounds so similar but this is the way I used to do it and it feels the safest way and was my old way which offered more protection.

This link will show you the answer to your other question...

Where I live is quite noisy so I need music to hone into myself. I am experimenting with Xphirience but the one that always worked for me was a song called "Waiting for Cousteau" by Jean Michelle Jarre. At 46 minutes long it is probably the longest single ever but when you hear it you will know why. This one you can set to repeat but I wouldn't like to have Xphirience repeating so I'll probably go back old school.

I'm sure the radio waves of the music assists me greatly as my body knows what I'm trying to do. If you are struggling you may want to look into it.

I hope that helps.
