Honestly, I gave up on conspiracy theorists as, in my experience (Not making a statement about the group in general) they hold this believe that the sun, quite literally, rises and sets by the sole will of the people of the United States.

Every (Until now) time I ran across one, all they would EVER do is talk about the United States this and the United States that, other countries were only EVER mentioned if they connected directly to the United States and it wasn't so much a matter of NWO working in other countries as much as it was "This event further proves why THE UNITED STATES is all important."

Now, here comes the zingger as to why I don't buy the theory.

I once asked one in a very straight forward matter "Why is all that NWO theory ever mentions the United States, or things directly impacting the United States?"

It was at that point that I decided to regard the whole NWO theory as bullshit. It apparently assumes that the US is all imporant and that other countries exist in a sort of "If a tree falls in a forest, and nobody is around to hear it" sort of deal, that is to say "If the NWO involves another country, but it doesn't directly impact the United States, does that country even exist?"
