New Doom if true! "Scientists Secretly Evacuating Mexican Port Town"

Saw someone mentioned this in another thread today, about scientist rumored to be leaving Mexico. Found the article by Steven Quayle [hummmm] referencing the exodus from Ensenada, Mexico. Thought I'd post. Couldn't find anyone else had done so.... Any truth to this?? Anyone from Ensenada on the Board to confirm?? Sounds like rubbish to me, but then when you look at the earthquake patterns for the last year..... maybe.... ??
