Nobody, Everyone who calls upon the Lord Jesus Christ will be saved.
That does not mean if you do NOT call upon Him you automatically go to hell.
If you reject Jesus Christ and die in your sin you go to hell.
If you never ever heard of Him and therefore did not reject Him then God will judge your conscience justly.
It is not really that difficult to understand!!!
