If so it would have to be TPTB controlling them chemtrailing.
Those are the same fucking murderers that keep mankind dependent on oil. We have had the technology to run cars from nothing but water for decades, magnets also ... and they make batteries that last up to 100 years so battery powered electric cars COULD easily make gas powered motors extinct.

If they "cared" enough to spray billions of dollars worth of chemicals daily then they would have phased out the problems WE KNOW have caused the atmosphere to disappear.
